Agents

Operating intelligences, not chatbots.

AOS agents are specialised operating intelligences with defined tiers, defined authority, and defined constraints. They don't freelance. They don't invent mandates. They operate within tier boundaries governed by Canon — and they produce evidence of every action.

The Agent Fleet

Five core agents. Defined roles. Defined boundaries.

Agent_8Tier 2 · Strategy

The strategy agent. Creates Loops, defines phase gates, generates Strategic Intents. Operates at Tier 2 — strategic decomposition. Translates human vision into executable structure.

Exec_8Tier 3 · Executive Function

The execution agent. Receives Strategic Intents from Agent_8 and executes them. Operates exclusively at Tier 3. Produces evidence, manages tasks, handles escalation.

Forge_8Tier 3 · Build Architect

The build agent. Architects infrastructure, writes code, manages technical implementation. Turns strategic requirements into working systems.

RevOps_8Tier 3 · Revenue Operations

The revenue operations agent. Manages enrichment pipelines, contact qualification, signal processing, and outreach orchestration within the RevOps Engine.

Voice_8Tier 3 · Content & Voice

The content agent. Manages the content pipeline, doctrine alignment, and brand voice across all channels. Ensures everything published is grounded in Canon.

The Platform

Where agents operate. Where humans decide.

AOS includes a live operational dashboard — the interface where human operators and AI agents converge. Every view is designed around the question: what needs me right now?

Strategy

The operations map. Vision at centre, Goals tracking progress, Loops radiating outward with their Strategic Intents. The Mandala — a real-time view of how every piece of work connects to strategic direction.

Review

A structured weekly review in seven phases: Progress Check, Decisions Needed, Boundaries & Guardrails, Deferred Items, Ideas & Opportunities, New Direction, Close Out. The executive's cockpit.

Systems

Engine health monitoring. Every engine, every workflow, every run — with status indicators, failure counts, and last-activity timestamps. The operational dashboard.

Activity

Three zones: What Needs Me (attention queue for escalated items and pending assertions), What Happened (activity feed of recent agent actions), and Agent Fleet Status (which agents are active, idle, or failed).

Platform screenshots will be added here.
